Instructor Gregory Gronbacher, Ph.D.
Gregory is a Michigan State Certified Instructor for Real Estate Licensing and Education.
As lead instructor for Aras Real Estate School, he teaches the state 40-hour pre-licensing class and an array of certified continuing education courses, including Fair Housing and legal updates.
Gregory’s teaching style is vibrant and friendly, fostering comprehension and retention while clarifying detailed and complex information.
His enthusiasm for learning invites participation. He presents material in accessible ways, utilizing a variety of media—verbal, visual, and experiential.
As a subject matter expert, Gregory has written, contributed to, and advised on GRI curricula, online licensing courses, and print textbooks. He also writes for licensing exams and real estate practice tests.
As a licensed Realtor (Greenridge Realty), Gregory specializes in residential sales and investment in Grand Rapids and the West Michigan region.
Gregory’s 12 years of experience and extensive digital marketing background allow his clients to find the house of their dreams or maximize the sale of their existing home.
Raised in New York City (Howard Beach), his education took him to Europe, where he spent most of the 1990s. Today, he calls Grand Rapids, Michigan, home.
